Consent Policy

Consent and Release Agreement

I hereby grant full, unconditional, and irrevocable consent to the Producer of “Folk Star Bihar” to record, edit, use, reproduce, publish, communicate, distribute, and broadcast my audition performance, image, voice, and likeness—whether in whole or in part—across any media format and platform. This includes, but is not limited to, television, radio, print, digital media, OTT platforms, YouTube, Instagram, and all other social media or promotional channels, in perpetuity and worldwide.

I expressly waive any right to claim royalty, fees, remuneration, or compensation—now or in the future—for the use of my audition footage or any related content.

The rights granted herein shall remain valid in perpetuity and are irrevocable. The Producer shall have full discretion to use the audition content for editorial, promotional, commercial, or archival purposes, as deemed appropriate.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, and I raise no objection to the use of my audition recording in any manner as stated above.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with or related to this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
